Through offering diverse and affordable workshops with both internationally known and local leaders we hope to take part in the unfolding of a new global consciousness. Courses and talks are also available to local participants, thus sharing our learning with the immediate community.
The atmosphere of the retreat center is simple, healthy and relaxed. It is an ideal environment for meeting with the vitality of the ocean and the natural elements, with our selves and with each other. The place lends itself to intimate group bonding as well as to privacy and down time for resting, exploration and inspiration. One can chose from a wide array of natural or social attractions nearby.
We provide seven charming rooms with single, double and triple occupancy, all with fans and hot water. We can accommodate 14 people double occupancy or 16 people triple occupancy. Nearby accommodations are also available for larger groups.
Exceptional healthy food is prepared by experienced staff. Food can be vegetarian, raw or including fish and chicken according to your preferences.
Our lush two-acre site abounds in gardens, and nature paths. A secluded jungle trail leads to Playa Pelada, a beautiful swimming beach just a five-minute walk.
The pavilion is an open air 25' x 35' structure that works comfortably for 20 participants for yoga, and can hold more for other activities. It has a wood floor especially good for yoga and movement, and there are two bathrooms and an outdoor shower nearby. The pavilion provides an inspiring meeting place to hold a variety of workshops, meetings and educational courses that include:
