The terrace outside is shaded by flowers and palms, and hosts the outdoor dining on rustic oval wooden tables. Families of Howler Monkeys eating leaves of the surrounding trees are a frequent sight.

Lounging in a hammock or the comfortable outdoor couch on the spacious second floor balcony, you look out over the ocean through the trees. You can relax here and watch the sky light up with translucent hues of orange and purple.

Mariposa-Butterfly Room 1
Here, on the second story of Casa de Los Monos, the two bedrooms, Mariposa-Butterfly, and Colibri-Hummingbird share a bathroom with hot water and a shower. Each room has a double and a single bed sleeping three. These rooms are ideal for a family or friends. Each room has a ceiling fan and plenty of fresh air. The ceiling is insulated and tall trees offer shade, so the house is always cool and pleasant. There is an outdoor shower located outside on the ground level for washing off sand after a swim at the beach.
